2018 Conference Family Program
A Private Van will be available to provide transportation to the Thomasville Rose Festival on Friday Morning the 27th. It will allow for a full days’ visit and is expected to return late in the afternoon. It is about a 40-45 min ride. Approximate 9AM departure, 5 PM return The Van will seat 12-15 passengers.

Announcing the 2018 SVHFS Conference – Valdosta, GA
The 2018 conference will be in Valdosta, Ga. hosted by the Suwannee Amateur Radio Club and Down East Microwave Inc. The festivities will start on Thursday afternoon April 26th and continue to Sunday Morning, April 29th. The main conference will be held in the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center located only seconds from I-75 in Valdosta Ga.
Announcing the June Contest Award & Plaque Program
In order to award those from the southeast division that put forth their best effort in the National competition, a Regional award has been enacted. It has been decided by the Board of Directors of the SVHF Society that the Society will sponsor four “June VHF Contest” ARRL plaques for class winners in the Southeastern Division in the 2017 June VHF contest.
