The Southeastern VHF Society will hold it’s 2025 Annual Conference on Friday April 4th through Saturday April 5th at the Quality Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee. Clarksville is located about 45 miles north of Nashville TN, which is the hub for Country Music and Entertainment.

Advanced registration for the conference is now closed. Please download and complete the registration form and bring it to the conference to be registered on site.

Payment on-site can be made by check or in cash. No credit card payment is available on site.

We will have an Antenna Range for 10 GHz only.

There will be a get-together for those arriving Thursday evening at the Old Glory Distilling Company, located at 451 Alfred Thun Road. This is across the interstate from the hotel at exit 4. The meet-up will be at 7 pm.
