Hi All,
   Notes from the SVHFS meeting held at the 2008 conference in Orlando.
1) Motion made and carried to establish the Fred Runkle Memorial Award for 
Technical Merit.
2) New board of directors members elected:

4) Charlotte, NC will be the site of the 2009 Conference. Bill W4GRE is the 
conference chairman.
