[SVHFSList] Annual K4UHF Award

W5LUA already won it in 2004.  I suggest/nominate W1GHZ.  I am not sure if he will come to the conference though.  He came one time many years ago but hasn't attended in recent years.  Another option that I will put forward/nominate is Joel, W5ZN.
