I have a spare HP 8481H Power Sensor (3 watts - 18 GHz.) that is in
excellent condition and is excess to my needs. This sensor is 100 percent
operational and I will offer a full refund (no questions asked) if you find
it to be defective within 5 days of receiving the sensor.

 

I also have a Racal-Dana 1.3 GHz Frequency Counter that is fully operational
and highly accurate that is for sale.
