[SVHFSList] K4UHF AWARD: Info, Nominations

Gentlemen, I am taking care of the K4UHF award duties this year.

Open for nominations until March 21.  Then we will have a period
for the BOD members to vote.

We have had one nomination so far.  It is a unique situation since we
have never even considered a posthumous award presentation before.  The
nomination is for Fred Runkle K4KAZ.  Fred passed away in December for
those of you who have not heard the news.  This nomination is certainly
worthy of our serious consideration.

I will accept comments, ideas and other nominations you may make. Thanks
for your time on this.  Remember, nominations are taken from the
membership at large and voted on by the BOD.
